This website was created from the desire to have all the resources available to home buyers in and around Seattle in one centralized location. There are thousands of websites that individually provide amazing information, so I have compiled what I think is the most important and best information from all of those into this one site. I have taught dozens of homebuyer classes and met hundreds of people who are hungry for education and the CORRECT information, and I don’t want them to have to pour through all of those sites and try to decide what is true and what is misleading. This site is meant to be thorough and unbiased, and its purpose is to give buyers the opportunity to ask themselves, “Is buying a home in Seattle going to benefit me and my goals?” I hope you find answers to your questions and prompts that lead you to want to ask more questions.
